RENTING A CAR

Should you wish to extend your travels beyond the wedding weekend, or explore beyond Castiglione Della Pescaia, you may want to rent a car: 

  • Please keep in mind that an International Driving Permit is required in Italy.  An IDP can be easily attained through AAA.
  • Should you need one, you must specifically request an automatic vehicle.  Grosseto only  has limited amount available, so be sure to book far in advance.  Major airports and cities always have a good supply of automatic cars.

ARRIVING BY TRAIN

The Grosseto Train Station is a 20 minute drive from L'Andana and a 30 minute drive from Riva Del Sole and Acqua Boutique Hotel.  Train schedules and booking can be found here.

There are a limited number of taxis available in Grosseto or you can book a private transfer to your hotel.  Our dedicated Guest Services Team can assist you with taxis and transfers here.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Private and shared airport transfers are available to book by contacting our dedicated Guest Services Team.  You can email them at mxguestservices@sposiamovi.it.   Please make sure you fill out the Shared Transportation Questionnaire if interested.
